We do the homework before we pick up the phone.

Send photos of your space and the references you love. By the time we call, we have a scope, comparable projects from our own portfolio, and the five questions worth asking.

  1. You send photos. Your space, plus anything you have saved that you like.
  2. We read the room. Existing materials, condition, constraints, era.
  3. We read your taste. Palette, materials, finish level.
  4. We match past work. Three comparable builds from our own jobs.
  5. We call prepared. Scope drafted, sq-ft pricing looked up, questions ready.
